hello,
Does anybody know what the solicitor means by the below statement. Where the final stage before completing and my solicitor has said there's just one more thing we need to do :
"is a legal enquiry to do with the Contract time,"
what does this mean.

I suspect it refers to the time of day specified in the contract for Completion.
The Standard conditions of sale say
but sometimes one solicitor or the other wishes to change this and the other may object.If the money due on completion is received after 2.00pm, completion is to be treated, for the purposes only of conditions 6.3 and 7.2, as taking place on the next working day as a result of the buyer's default0 -
oh ok. but they said it was complex issue. do you know what could be a issue with that?
