Faded Keep Clear sign

Hi Guys,
Received a ticket from the council as I apparently park on a Keep Clear sign which I didn't see. I've appealed it but failed so now have to go to the Traffic Penalty Tribunal. However if I fail then my fine goes up from £35 to £70. I just wanted peoples thoughts on if its worth trying to fight it. See the faded sign in the image: https://ibb.co/6r1QMBN
Thanks,

Id say it says keep clear (or the photo specifically 'clear'), appreciate those who have difficulty seeing might not do.
I tried appealing parking on double yellows. They had been painted over during roadworks. They didnt remove the painted over bits (so black paint on yellow lines) and rejected my appeals, never took it further though.0 -
Looks like a Council car park and it will depend on the Parking Places Order from that car park. Pepipoo will explain and almost every council case is won by posters there.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
