If the contract was formed then whether they can pull out without liability would depend on whether you were aware it was a mistake or should have been aware it was a mistake.
So a item normally £600 priced for £500 would (imo) be an enforceable contract but a £600 item priced for £60 wouldn't be.

how do you know its an obvious error? a 2nd hand guitar for £139.99 isnt an obvious error, especially since you dont know the make or model. it could be a yamaha pacifica in which case its over priced!0

IANAL but imo a contract exists and the OP could sue for loss of bargain. a second hand guitar at that price is not an obvious misprice. read this.
