Invalid Address on Clearscore

Hi
I have trying for several years to remove an previous address added to my credit file by Tesco Mobile, which will affect my future credit rating.
Myself or any family member have not lived at the UK address, nor have I ever visited the location.
I referred the matter to Equifax, who passed it onto Tesco Mobile, who have passed the issue onto O2 Fraud Team. Despite 3 promises from o2 Fraud team to clear the address from my credit file (ClearScore) it's still there
. Can i raise this issue with the financial ombudsman or a similar authority. Anybody else had the same issue and can assist me on this, would be grateful for this

You can escalate to the ICO.
However, it will not impact ay future credit rating.0
