Also, is it necessary to include "The Defendant opposes the Claimant’s request for special directions, and requests that the case be listed for an oral hearing at the defendant’s home court, pursuant to CPR 26.2A(3)” in box D1? Or is that just for Gladstones?
Thanks

Are you completely sure that you read the newbies sticky thread post #2 thoroughly ? Given that member bargepole answered this a few years ago and hundreds of people have followed his experienced advice ?

Hi WilmslowPete, I’ve not had a look through the whole thread, as there’s a lot going on. But I have recently contested a PCN from the same location and company as you, and won.
Although I did respond within 90 days, which may be why they saw fit to cancel it, I also requested a copy of the contract as it had been noticed that they may have a ‘quota’ of complaints they can cancel (it was mentioned to me by staff and by another trip adviser review) which I deemed unfair. Just wondering if you requested this?
Good luck and I hope they see fit to cancel it x0 -
Good bit of information. Thanks for chipping in.Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Good to hear... CEL are such timewasters, they knew they had started yet another rubbish claim.
You cannot trust CEL so get this confirmed by the court0
