Morning fellow potters ❤️ Number 120 declaring £214.98! 🥳 I cannot thank Sue, her very kind fellow helpers and all you potters enough for the support on this board. It’s been a strange old time and the chat here has provided some relief from the outside world and something to look forward too. My original target was £200 so I am really pleased. My pot has already bought my son a secondhand bike for Christmas so the remainder should see us right for the rest. Well as today is my birthday 🎂 and I’ve taken a day off, I’m going to see Mr Marks and his pal to sort me out with cake; any change will of course be going straight into SPC 14 😉
Thanks again for letting me join so late! I forgot how much better it is when declaration day is part of the community, not just me sat on my own celebrating my own 'pottyness'
So, not as good as the last 3 years, however still pleasantly surprised. Total are (I save in several pots £2coins, £1coins, 50ps and then all other change. I have a teeny one for notes as these are very rare & this year am counting top cashback as I shopped.online much more due to Covid): £2 pot: £68, £1 pot: £102, 50p pot: £47.50, change pot: £33.47, notes: £15, TCB: £102.76 So grand total for #094 is: £368.73!
Slightly disappointed as I know i normally do so much better, but equally pleasantly surprised as with covid I haven't spent any cash & not been in shops to get it. (though I have had family offering me their change at times, which was incredibly helpful!). I'd say most of the change was spent in the January sales - pre-covid, where i usually do a lot of my birthday shopping for the following year!
Thanks again. Please sign me back up for next year! Already potted this morning in the new tub, so will assume on the new thread! Thanks everyone! (Can you tell im a waffler?!
Hi everyone, I have managed £14.61 not very much only joined on 10th June ! But it’s more than I would have had saved, sign off the times no cash spending. Please can I join next one please, will I have the same number? Need to try harder next year and will leave the bank change saver in there so I can add to potted change too . I’m in awe of the savings you have all managed to accumulate well done everyone! See you on the next one. Thank you sue for keeping it going too xx

Hi Frostie,
please don't think you haven't saved much as even £178.18 is still a
great amount to have at this time of year, especially given the year
we've all had!! So pleased don't be disappointed as it's a lot to be
proud of, truly! Some folk don't or can't save at all, so be proud of
yourself please!! 😃 Congratulations to you!!!! 🤗 🥳
Shielding is no fun at all, I know as I've had to do the same.
See the 1st post on page 1 as there are now different ways to save if that's handy to you.

for help with this issue but they can't or won't budge! 😡

£227.41 for SPC 13, my first sealed pot challenge! Very excited to spend this freely a Christmas with no worries about budgeting. Excited for the next challenge potters! Liz
Morning Potters Hope you are all in good spirits on this declaration day! Not the best total I've ever had, but not too bad considering the circumstances, I am declaring £282.06 this year. Enough for a nice meal out with the family when we are allowed, I think. Looking forward to SPC 14 - bring it on...............see you on the other side folks
