Thanks, I have made a formal complaint. I have missed out BVRLA, they are not part of the contract we have in place.
Watch this space, thanks guys0 -
Manheim is known for being worst company for charges. So if you lease from company that uses them, make sure car is spotless or in best condition possible. It's easy to find on internet which lease companies use Manheim.0

Yes I think I have learnt the hard way about Manheim, I think probably before I had no issues with BCA, this wouldn't be any different.
Thanks for the reply.
I've sent in my complaint, I've referenced them to the contact and the FOS as the hire agreement is regulated by the consumer credit act.
This may get interesting...0 -
Just thought I would follow up with the resolution:
Ended up making a complaint only to be told my only recourse is the BVLRA. Don't think so.
Used the complaints process for the lender but got fobbed off between the whitelabel provider and lender.
I pushed waiting for a final response to take it to the FOS.
Ended up finding one of the directors of the whitelabel provider on LinkedIn, this was just to let him know about the service and issues.
To be fair to him, he called me and discussed our issues, we agreed on an amicable amount of £200. He thanked me for reaching out.
Good result, thanks for any advice.0 -
