Lifts, caretaker during business hours, but no gym or any other perks that new developments have.
Section 20 has been used if I remember correctly to replace lifts and refurbish common parts.0 -

Thank you for your reply. Point noted. Have formally requested documentation and awaiting response.
I'm anticipating some hiccups in documentation simply because when planning minor decoration work I made requests about building plans, structural walls and other basic information that the landlord and the agents should have had and in fact they had none of it and stated that they are relatively new and took over only what was provided from previous agents.
How did you go about payment during the Due Diligence stage? Paying what's demanded would certainly mean I agree with what's been charged. My acquaintances usually paid a fraction they thought reasonable, LEASE advised to pay regardless "payment under protest". How much were you able to reduce your costs as a proportion of the overall charge? (out of interest)0
