Sent laptop back to HP for repair but they lost it

Hello all

I've had a whole fiasco with hp over the last couple of weeks. My laptop developed a fault which I then contacted hp to get a repair sorted out. They sent me a pre paid label and I took it to the drop off point.
Anyway, I have the tracking from dpd that it was delivered to their repair department a week ago but they keep telling me they can't find it... Obviously I am very upset over this and frustrated. They keep saying a complaint has been made and customer relations will get back to me but no one is getting back to me even after me calling them daily..

Is there anything else I can do?

Any help would be appreciated.

Just wait it out, give it a bit longer for them to try and find it. If they've lost it you might well get a new one.
