one laptop keeps dropping connection

we have a desktop and two laptops pc connected wired and the laptops wireless , the thing is one laptop keeps losing connection on the right side of the task bar i have picture of two computers one has a red cross through it and when i lose connection they both end up with red crosses, i click repair and all is fine til the next time:confused:
the other laptop which is totally fine on the task bar has a green graph as well as two computers which i can click on and shows other wireless users in the area etc, but the laptop that keeps losing connection doesn't have the green graph  so when i click on one of the comp pictures to view available networks

it says windows cannot configure this connection:confused: what i would idealy like to do is completely start again with the laptop ie start afresh so i get rid of the connection i have on this particular laptop and then start again,

has anyone got any info plzz:confused:
