Thermometer to use with Alexa Echo?

I have an Alexa Echo and it does not have a built in thermometer so when I ask what the temperature is I get the weather forecast outside temperature.

Is there a thermometer that I can connect wirelessly to my Alexa echo so that it will display the internal temperature, when asked, or the temperature of where the thermometer is sited?

Yes you need either the hub or hub mini to work with Alexa. Without the hub the device only communicates to the Switchbot app via Bluetooth.

Something that works directly with the Alexa Echo and doesn't require another hub would be preferable.
