1. The Promoter of the competition is THETRIANGLELAB LIMITED whose registered office is at 8 Warner Yard, London, England, EC1R 5EY.

2. The competition is open to all UK residents aged 16 or over, with the exception of employees of the Promoter and their immediate families. The Promoter reserves the right to require that the parent or guardian of any person aged 18 or under confirms in writing that they agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (the Competition Terms and Conditions) and will accept any prize on behalf of a prize winner under the age of 18.

3. The competition is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.

4. The competition is open to entries from 24th October 2019 20:00 BST.

5. The closing date for receipt of entries is 23.59 GMT on 7th November 2019 (Closing Date). The Promoter reserves the right to extend the Closing Date at any time prior to the closing date, if in the Promoter’s opinion it is necessary.

HOW TO ENTER

6. To enter please follow the steps below: entrants must have a Google account to enter this competition. If a contestant does not have a Google account, one can be created by visiting https://account.google.com. Google accounts are free; entrants must subscribe to PAQ’s channel on YouTube, located at https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCvO6uJUVJQ6SrATfsWR5_aA (PAQ Channel); the competition will be announced during the G SHOCK episode 104 of PAQ, available at https://youtu.be/Xy5VkWHZT9Q (the Video). Entrants must leave a comment below the Video and enter their details on the G SHOCK URL in the description.

7. Entries must be correctly submitted by the Closing Date. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any entries or information that is incomplete, incorrectly submitted or fails to reach the Promoter by the Closing Date for any reason.

8. You warrant, represent and undertake that the entry you submit to the competition shall:

(a) be wholly original and created in its entirety by you or that you shall have the right to submit it (and you shall not falsely attribute or claim otherwise);

(b) not infringe the intellectual property rights or other proprietary rights of any third party;

(c) not be offensive, insulting, defamatory, pornographic, obscene, indecent, objectionable or otherwise inappropriate or unlawful;

(d) not bring the Promoter or PAQ into disrepute;

(e) not be in breach of confidence or in contravention of any applicable data protection or privacy legislation.

HOW THE WINNER WILL BE SELECTED

10. The competition winner will be selected at random by the Promoter from all submitted entries.

11. The decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into by the Promoter.

THE PRIZE

12. The prizes are 1 of 5 G Shock watches, in a Kyra tote bag.

13. Subject to clause 14, the winners will receive their prize delivered to the address they provide.

14. You hereby acknowledge that:

(a) the Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative of equal or higher value;

(b) the prize cannot be redeemed for cash and no alternative prizes are available. The prize is non-refundable and non-exchangeable;

(c) the prize is not transferable;

(d) you are not to sell, offer to sell or use the prize for any commercial or promotional purpose (including placing the prize on an internet auction site);

15. Any failure on the part of the winner to meet the eligibility requirements set out in these Competition Terms and Conditions may result in the winner forfeiting their entitlement to the prize and you hereby acknowledge that in such circumstances, the Promoter shall reserve the right to offer the prize to another entrant.
