debt management company not doing job what should i do

I've been sent some info from a debt management company and I thought I would take a look on their website - guess what - it doesn't exist.

anyway no deelpoments as yet other than i emailed them and said i needed all the paperwork returned by first class post otherwise would need an explaination as to why later that day got an email saying they wouldnt be able to get it together that quickly but they would be doing it as a matter of urgency along with a complete report will keep you informed

spoke to the court and we will be representing ourselves !! will keep you all informed thanks for all your help

i think something needs to be started to stop all this dmc

i went on their website and its cheap and tacky none of the letter heads have any names on neither does the website!!! no qualifications shown or anything but then their 2nd in charge does have 5 years experience in debt management he also happens to be the managing directors son!!!

thanks everyone

lets start a crusade and finish these dodgy companies off!!!

I've sent you a PM. Just to add, they sent me the info following a phone call to me. But of course I'm not going to do a DMP with them!

reported dmc to mortgage brokers who said that they are looking into a number of complaints regarding this company

in the meantime they are giving me a full rundown of work apparently or alledgedly (sp) done

by email on monday

I hear you! Perhaps no-one's got the energy at this time of year?!

Wasn't there a campaign at some stage to try and get Carol Vorderman to stop doing her adverts? Don't know what happened apart from that she is still appearing in the ads!
