Not an NSD for me ... the tree surgeon the other day was good in all respects except that he accidentally woodchipped one of the trees I didn't want him to! It was a smallish tree, a bush really, and I'm not sure how it happened. I wasn't best pleased but today have paid the tree surgeon and bought a replacement tree.0

Happy Monday, he realised it himself and told me when I turned up at the end of the day. It was upsetting but it was done already. My way of handling it is I did make sure he knew I was upset, but in the end I paid him what he had originally asked because there was a lot of work and it had taken him hours longer than he had thought it would. I don't think I'd use his firm again though.0 -
NSD no 6 today.
