Physio for me yesterday ruined my NSD, so still on 10.
No plans to spend today, or Sunday, then I intend to get a good few in a row next week to hit my target!0 -

I'm up to 10 NSD's so far, not brilliant but not bad, I won't hit my target again this month but I will be close.
