1)The prize comprises:

2)Return economy flights for two (including hold luggage) to Rhodes, Greece from Manchester Airport, Birmingham Airport or a London airport of the prize provider’s choice;

Return private transfers for two between Rhodes airport and Trapezia Luxury Villa;
Seven (7) nights’ accommodation for two at Trapezia Luxury Villa with five bedrooms, private infinity pool, gym and yoga room, private heated jacuzzi and living and dining areas with BBQ;
Welcome hamper on arrival including a bottle of local Champagne and local products; and
£500 spending money for the prize winner only.
3)The prize winner must book their trip within 28 days of the date of their congratulations e-mail from Element being sent and at least eight weeks in advance of their preferred departure date or the prize may be forfeited.

4) The prize must be taken and completed within 12 months of the congratulations e-mail from Element being sent and cannot be taken over the months of July and August 2020 or during any of the following dates: 16th December 2019 to 4th January 2020, 10th April to 14th April 2020, 8th May 2020 and 25th May 2020. The prize and its components are subject to availability.

5) Flights may be indirect, and the routing will be determined by the prize provider.

6) The prize winner and their companion must hold current and valid passports and any other relevant travel documentation required for travel to and entry to Greece. It is the responsibility of the prize winner to organise and pay costs associated with obtaining visas for themselves and their travelling companion.

7) Travel insurance is not included but it is strongly advised for travel. It is the responsibility of the prize winner to organise and pay costs associated with obtaining appropriate travel insurance for themselves and their companion.

8) Either the prize winner or their companion must be over the age of 25. Where the prize winner is under 18 years old, he/she must be accompanied by an adult aged 25 or over to check into the villa. Please note that either the prize winner or their companion will need to cover a €300 refundable security deposit on arrival. This can be paid in cash or by credit/debit card. It is the responsibility of the prize winner to ensure that they and/or their companion adhere to the local laws in Greece.

9) The prize excludes ground transfers in the UK, additional meals and drinks which are not included in the prize, additional excursions, attractions, treatments, gratuities, personal expenses, visas and vaccinations where required and all other costs and arrangements not expressly included in the prize.

10)The prize and all its elements are subject to availability. Neither Channel 5 nor Element will accept responsibility for the villa or any facilities / elements of the prize being unavailable, withdrawn or amended.

11)There is no cash alternative or refund for unused portions of the prize.

12)Any amendments made by the prize winner after the booking is confirmed may be subject to administration charges levied by the specific supplier. Any such charges will be the responsibility of the prize winner.

13)A cheque for the £500 spending money included in the prize will be issued in the prize winner’s name within 14 days of the holiday booking being confirmed.
