Can I suggest that you see your Doctors and look to be referred for any local help you can receive to try to overcome anxiety or other mental health issues. If the Job Centre can see that you are trying to improve your health, then they may be more understanding.

Okay, I will go doctors but but how do I tell the jobcentre about it?

Are you under 22 years of age ?

When did you leave education ?

If you are suffering health wise, see your Doctors and see what help can be provided.

Have you approached local charity shops or asked the Job Centre about volunteering opportunities ? Sometimes best way of gaining confidence so you can find paid work later, is to volunteer for a charity. They may help you with a reference, if you prove to be a reliable volunteer or may even offer you a paid job.

What the Job Centre will want to see, is that you are making progress in regards to health and getting ready for work.
The comments I post are personal opinion. Always refer to official information sources before relying on internet forums. If you have a problem with any organisation, enter into their official complaints process at the earliest opportunity, as sometimes complaints have to be started within a certain time frame.

You can either leave a message for your work coach, or go to 'report a change' then 'health'.

I don't know which one is better because I don't know what it says after going to report a change / health.

You can self certify for 7 days, without a fit note.

Report the health on your online claim through the option on report a change of circumstances. if you have a diagnosis from a Doctors and they believe it will exist for more than 7 days and you are not fit for work, they will supply a fit note. On the report a change of circumstances, there is the option to report a fit note, which you then take to the Job Centre.

There is lots of information about all aspects of UC here https://www.citizensadvice.org.uk/benefits/universal-credit/
Information I post is for England unless otherwise stated. Some rules may be different in other parts of UK.
