    Some excellent points made :D

Although I do think that apart from the "go back in time" and being able to disguise a credit card as a debit card, most of the other features are available with the likes of Apple/Google pay.

Each to their own though, and it's always nice to have a choice.

    :beer::beer::beer:

That's basically what I use it for, and for some fee-free foreign transactions as well. It can also be used as a sort of "virtual" card since your actual credit/debit card number can essentially be hidden behind the Curve card. Just keep in mind that it will break s75 protection for credit card use, so maybe don't use it in instances where that'd matter.

Able to put other people’s cards on your account I.e. partners so they don’t need to bring one too

You can only add cards under your name last time I checked.

Is that in the T&Cs or through attempting to add one? I have my partners added with a different name and it functions
  • Costco is pretty much it for me now.

Can pay by (disguised) CC even though Costco don't accept them.

No points any more is a shame and I don't even remember them saying this was going, I just stopped earning any!

As I have a fair few cards (and get them whenever some offer is on) it's good to link these new cards and not have to carry them around - for example, I've a new Amazon card as they give you £20 for free if you spend 3200 a month for 3m (easy). This is linked and is in a drawer.
I didn't do it, nobody saw me do it, you can't prove a thing! ;)
    Quidco and Topcashback, £4,569
    Shopandscan, £2,840
    Tesco Double The Difference, £2,700
    Thomson EU261/04 Claim, £1,700
    British Airways EU261/04 Claim, EUR1200

I have not been impressed with system availability - the Curve systems are down a lot which means you have to use another card.

I'm not sure a lot is correct, they have been down a few times recently and usually you get a message telling you they are experiencing problems and to carry a back up card. I use mine all the time as I like the fact you don't have to carry every card you have with you.
Time is a path from the past to the future and back again. The present is the crossroads of both.

It was certainly down a few times when I used it - I think due to the card provider rather than curve themselves. I basically replaced it with GPay for low value transactions.

    I can't believe I missed this :wall:

Just added my Tandem cashback card to Curve, and with the (limited time) cashback from Curve's selected retailers, am now getting combined 1.5% cashback.
Well, at least for the next 3 months.

Not a huge amount in the MSE world, but still better than nothing.

Once the cashback offer from Curve has ended, I'll probably just use the card for when I'm at work to save me having to take my wallet. :D
