if they made it simple to cancel more people would dip in and out.

100% untrue , speaking as one who dips in and out frequently without charge .

Not only is it incredibly easy, but if you sign up by accident you can cancel it that same day and still have prime for the whole trial period

Prime is just brilliant, we are out in the sticks and all these wee screws and bits and bobs that would require a 40 mile round trip are there the next day plus you get video, books and music.  I'm a bit of a convert
