  • Hopefully I'll spend nothing today - I'm not planning on going out - I've got some friends coming over with their little ones to play with my 2 year old son - I'll provide lunch - usually french bread/cheese/ham etc and chicken dippers and smily faces for the kiddies - today not venturing up to bakers for the french bread I've got some of those bake in the oven rolls from icleand - fantastic offer - 12 small rolls but on buy one get one free - so 24 rolls for £1 - perfect. Its going to be a very tight week as my 'allowance' got spent on Saturday when we went out to a farm and yesterday on a sudafed plug in for a friend ............... still I like a challenge - I'll be counting the 2's and 1's later on .............

    Today..
Well its monday night shopping night, but from the looks of things at home, I only need fresh rolls and maybe some ham.
Today at work, im only looking to spend around 60p.

so hopefully it should be a less than £5 day.
Why do people feel the need to keep up with the Jones's ?? Why do some people feel the need to out do there friends and family ?? is this real happiness ??

  • Hello - I'm doing quite well today. I forgot that I had a £5 WHSmith giftcard for complaining about a flake that was 3 months out of date, so I used that to buy a paper, some Wotsits & a Wispa. Also had a voucher from the Boots magazine for a free bottle of coke, so used that

So it's a NSD for me - despite getting some nice things to eat & drink !

Have to go to the hospital, so shall be FORCED to pay £2 to park - no bus and can't walk as too far.
May have to buy a cup of tea from the cafe, as last time I had to wait from 2pm to 5.30pm. They have big signs up telling people not to eat / drink in the waiting areas and TBH it isn't a pleasant. Cafe staff are very jolly, so I don't grudge it so much. Might go mad and buy cake!
    £4.50 max today.
I can cook and sew, make flowers grow.
