Hi, Could I get some advice please? I paid an outstanding debt in full on 06/09/19 but received a judgment for claimant letter dated 18/09/19. I'm not sure where to go from here. Obviously I don't want it on my credit report but don't know how to get it taken off. Thank you in advance!

Just send the proof of payment in, regardless if ccj was issued if paid within 30 days of it wont get put on

Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.
