Cant verify experian account

Hi all!
Ok so i have got myself in a bit of a pickle... when going to create an account to check my credit score on Experian, i answered one of the security questions incorrectly and now it says it cannot verify my account

Does anybody know a way to resolve this? Google has been no help tp me.

Have already tried countless numbers, it appears you cant get through to an actual human, ive emailed them but not confident on a replly from that, no idea what else i can do?

Countless numbers? Really? There is ONE number published on their website which is 0800 013 8888. Where did the other numbers come from?

You should be able to get through on the right number.

Send a letter in the post explaining the problem and asking for a call back.
