Carpet company not repsonding

Hi all
I won't name the company but we have a problem and would like some advice.
We arranged HP [interest free] for carpets for 4 bedrooms and the stairs.
The company came and measured up and then the fitters came with the carpets. - we were not told they were coming until the night before when we asked when they might be coming?
One of the bedroom carpets was the wrong size and could not be fitted - manufacturer had been sent the right size but had got it wrong.
Now 2 weeks later we have heard nothing and the carpet company have ignored our written complaint.
What can we do?
Can we ask for a full refund of the lot for frustration of the contract?
Thanks in advance

You could ... in which case they could come and take up the carpet that has been fitted, as it wouldn't belong to you anymore.
Have you tried phoning? (I presume yes but you don't say).
Are you sure you wrote to the correct address?0 -
thanks
yes we have phoned, been in and yes we complained to the correct dept0 -
Is it a chain ?
Send a LBA letter to the head office address.
Small claims court might be an option.0 -
We had almost the similar situation. So the best advice from my side would be - fight for your right.0
