My wife and myself both have current accounts with Nationwide and received the switching bonus on opening.
This statement doesn't give us much to go on. The situation is as follows:

    A refers B - each get £100.
B then refers A - both then get another £100 each.

Total £400 per couple cross referring each other.

So where are you with respect to the above?

I was refered via the referal board by a kind member, so I received £100 on the opening of my account.
I then went on to refer my wife and we received £100 each on the opening of her account.
So can I now open another account and have the wife refer me for another £100 each?

If you've already received a switch incentive then no, you cannot be referred a second time.

my friend got the welcome email mentioning the customer number and last 4 digits account number, when will he get the FSW code? Does it usually get sent with this email or separately? because email also says your switch has been accepted but doesn't mention any FSW code?

The mistake you made was getting a stranger to refer you rather than your wife, so you as a couple have missed out on the £100 she could have received for referring you. As has already been stated you can only be referred once.
  • My husband referred me, and my switch completed on 21 November. I'm just waiting for the £100 to hit my account.

A unique 13(?) digit switch identifier starting FSW.
