I don't have experience of using them, but the annual charges are high for their index trackers and are overweighted to the US which is already quite expensive as a region.

The optimal (aka, managed) funds are a bit weird too by the looks of it. The annual management costs aren't horrendous, but the Global Growth fund for example has it's biggest allocation in UK equity and minimal EM allocation, which seems at odds with what you'd expect from a global growth fund.

180 second review of their offerings therefore is avoid.

Just read through the first page, looks like it is going to be a blood bath full of petty arguments over semantics and insignificant points... Kinda entertaining lol

Julian seems like a decent chap with a good offering, I’ve followed the thread on PH from the beginning.

His comparison with VLS series is interesting.

Really why even bother with a company that isn't a well known, respectable national brand with a good track record.
