LBC Gladstones Euro Parking Services Ltd

Hello all,
Another beauty came through my door today, a lovely LBC from gladstones!
A SAR has been sent, email to gladstones.
Context, I parked for a couple of hours max at a customer only car park. The shop looked dodgy so I didn't think for a million years that the car park would be manned!
My next plan of action is to find out the name of the shop who own the car park and complain. Any other ideas?
Thanks!

Does the LBC provide all the proof that Gladstones have including their costs ?
If they are saying to go online to view, tell them you want hard copies
What is the ££ breakdown, assume they have added a fake £60 ?
If so, what is the explanation for the added £60
An addition of a fake amount is called ABUSE OF PROCESS

Nine times out of ten of these tickets are scams so consider complaining to your MP, it can cause the scammer extra work.
Parliament is well aware of the MO of these private parking companies, many of whom are former clampers, and on 15th March 2019 a Bill was enacted to curb the excesses of these shysters. Codes of Practice are being drawn up, an independent appeals service will be set up, and access to the DVLA's date base more rigorously policed, persistent offenders denied access to the DVLA database and unable to operate.
Hopefully life will become impossible for the worst of these scammers, but until this is done you should still complain to your MP, citing the new legislation.

Just as the clampers were finally closed down, so hopefully will many of these Private Parking Companies. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0 -
Thanks for your prompt responses. I will complain to the MP.
Regarding the £60 breakdown of costs, they've described it as the client's time and resources
in pursuing the claim, it's predetermined and nominal... So no, they don't provide proof of costs!0 -
And they are trying to recover it twice. No idea why we keep having to repeat this basic thing about the fake 'damages' sixty quid.
Read any other defence threads. It's covered everywhere.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
