Problems cancelling MS Office subscription

I have a subscription to MS Office that I want to cancel but its linked to a hotmail.com email address that I have never used and cant even remember creating.
To recover the password for this account you have to enter a ridiculous amount of information, including details of previous passwords and sent emails, which I don't have. I have failed the validation process twice.
The payment is a recurring payment on my debit card so no way of cancelling it with the bank, other than cancelling my card. Anyone else got experience of this and found a solution?

Well these accounts don't create themselves and you'd have had to set one up to activate your Office...
Some things to try here if you haven't already done so:

Thanks. Support cannot help me as I cannot answer questions like who did you send the last email to ... when I dont use the account to send emails.
My only option is to cancel my bank card to end the recurring subscription.0 -

Cancelling the card won't stop it, it'll just start up again on the new card. You'll need to talk to you bank to get them to cancel the payments.
As above ... you need to get your bank to cancel the Continuous Payment Authority that has been setup. If the call centre say they can't cancel CPAs, tell them that they're working from information that is several years out of date and ask for a supervisor.0
