The prize draw is open to all United Kingdom, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Republic of Ireland residents under the age of 18 with the consent of their parent or guardian to enter the prize draw, excluding employees of the Specsavers Group, Specialist Publications UK Ltd, The Walt Disney Company Limited or any third-party associates and members of their families, who are not eligible to enter this prize draw. Entries must be made electronically on the above website form only. A maximum of one entry per person is permitted.

I’m thinking this means I have to enter in my children’s names rather than my own, but presumably also means that I can submit an entry for each child rather than just entering once. But I’m new to this, would this be other’s understanding?

This bit from the T&Cs suggests it should be the parent entering:
"The winner (or their parent or guardian if winner is still under the age of 18 on 1st April 2020) will be contacted as soon as practical after 1st April 2020 via e-mail or telephone and will be given 14 days to confirm their address details for the home delivery of the prize and to confirm that they consent to the winner entering the prize draw and agree to accept the prize (on the entrants’ behalf), subject to these terms."
