L&C only look for easy cases to make it worth their while. Anything remotely complex will get shelved by them. Try contacting a 'proper' broker! Don't be put off paying a fee, our broker charged £249 and was worth every penny (and more)!0 -
Also, FWIW, my wife is also here on a spouse visa (albeit her 2nd 2.5 visa) and we were accepted by NatWest without question. Admittedly your case is complicated by your OH being a contractor, but his visa status need not be an issue.0
