Cheap Energy Club Doesn't Show My Tariff

I'm on the Zapp December tariff on Outfox the Market, but this tariff isn't on the list showing on MSE's Cheap Energy Club when I enter my account details.


Which of the Outfox tariff options should I use to be able to get an accurate comparison of whether I would be better off changing suppliers?

Find your current unit prices and then go through the list of tariffs to see which ones are closest to what you pay now to get a rough idea.

Or set up an Excel sheet to do the calculations.

It doesn't matter, use any tariff from any company. Just compare your existing annual cost based on actual meter readings with the annual cost of competitors shown on comparison sites. Never take any notice of any claimed savings.

Does anyone know why Avro energy doesn't appear in the cheap energy club listings anymore? Thanks in advance:)

In the same way that all the comparison sites often show different results.

Avro still appear in the CEC listings, but you have to select dual fuel because that's all they offer now.

Can I respectfully ask why you're dealing with live chat when it would have been far far quicker just to download a bill from the My Account area and it would tell you on there EXACTLY what tariff you are on?

If you'd done that in the first place you wouldn't have needed to make this thread

Thanks all. The bills also say I'm on the Zapp tariff.



I'll just compare what I've been charged with other suppliers' tariffs and stop fretting about what Outfox are calling theirs.
