I hope this is the right place to ask. If anyone has a Lakeland soup maker would you be able to pass on a recipe for chicken and rice soup, if you have one please?
I am not sure about the amount/proportions and liquid (using chicken stock pots) putting in vegetables and onion, small chicken pieces (no bones) and dry long grain rice.
I know about the total volume, as marked, but I am a bit concerned in case the dry rice 'expands' and makes the volume too great or if the raw chicken would cook properly, especially if the volume or proportions are wrong. I hope this makes sense.
I would select the 'chunky' option. So far I have only used simple basic vegetable soup and it is really lovely. I'm now eager to progress to other types of soup.Thank you very much for any recipe or advice.
