how times have changed - from permanently having a paintbrush in my hands several years ago to the house having not had anything major done to it in about 5 years - loss/change of jobs, family issues etc - I am now ready to start sprucing it up, mainly decorating, to a condition that we could possibly put it on the market. Nothing structural needs doing, the kitchen units were renewed about 3 years ago, the bath is fine, but want to remove large vanity unit and re-tile - I thought of getting a subscription to a magazine but they all seem to feature homes & rooms far larger & grander than ours, we have got a bogstandard 1940's post war semi - any recommendations for a magazine that deal with 'standard sized homes', nothing that would be a candidate for Grand Designs!
