Has anyone else had this problem :(

    Lots of people.

As long as you don't have any unpaid outstanding amounts against the finance attached to this PPI refund you'll just have to be patient. Do you have any defaults or are bankrupt ?

As has been published a number of times recently, there was a deluge of late complaints which has pushed service levels back by many months. People are being warned that some won't be resolved well into next year.

So, you just need to be patient.
