DIY Bedrooms

I like the concept of DIY kitchens, is there an equivalent for the bedroom? I want built in wardrobes but I don’t want to pay the earth. Ikea is ok, quality is lacking.

We've got Ikea and haven't had any quality issues. We had quotes for built in and they were eye watering. More than happy with our solution as we tailored the build size and the innards exactly how we wanted it. Think that's about as DIY as you are going to get as a lot of the cost of these items would be custom sizing.0

If you watch enough of Peter Millard's videos on YouTube you will know how to build a built-in wardrobe. The comments I post are my personal opinion. While I try to check everything is correct before posting, I can and do make mistakes, so always try to check official information sources before relying on my posts.0

Ikea frames are ok until you put in draws. Than I feel it lacks quality.
