Perhaps, but RM's procedure is that they won't refund until 10 working days from the expected delivery date.
There are times when going for the nuclear option works, but most of the time being reasonable and understanding that issues arise is the better option.
Frankly, issuing an LBA and giving them a mere 7 days until you file a CCJ is likely to cause you problems, it's just unrealistic.0 -
