My wife and I finished our Iva with full and final settlement in 2014,
Took out Iva with a well known company recommended by citizens advice.
Got our Iva closure certificate mid 2014,
Between 2014 and 2016 ppi claims company searched all my accounts, and announced in mid 2016 their search was completed, successfully claiming 37k. On contacting the company to ask when will figures be sorted, when ppi is done was the standard reply.
Ppi end date been and gone with no contact as yet.
Is there any one in the same position or has anyone had there final figures
We worked out out that the ppi we reclaimed we would never have been in debt anyway.

No one will be in the same position as all positions are unique.
The redress will firstly be set against any remaining debt. The remainder will go to you, but the claims company fee will of course be based on the full 37k, even if you receive nothing,0 -
Thanks for your quick reply.
We want to make sure that ppi monies go to the right people and not swallowed up in hidden charges, we accept that even though it works out at about 28k above our original debt, that if we do get anything back it will be nominal.
Tks again0 -

There are no hidden charges, just outstanding debt. That's where it will go.0 -

Surely the PPI has already been paid out long ago to your former creditors directly with any residual going to pay the Claim Company?
What "hidden charges" were you expecting? The Claim Company will have wanted at least 20% (probably more being prior to 2018) of the £37,000 with VAT to pay as well.
So long after the event, I doubt you'll be getting anything personally at all (including any explanation of the "final figures" it seems).
You really need to be contacting your former creditors and/or your IVA company for the final breakdown of payments resulting from these PPI complaints...
If the Claim Company continue to be evasive, put a complaint in writing to them about their lack of co-operation. You can then refer the complaint to the Ombudsman, but (as I said earlier) I doubt any monies will be coming to you personally..0
