Hello sazzer1 and no, we won't ask you to pay exit fees for moving home.

Exit fees on our tariffs only apply when changing supplier outside of the renewal window (opens 49 calendar days before the tariff end date). They don't apply when moving home.

Please let us have details of the move once all is completed. Meter readings would be great. We'll close your account, issue our final bill and refund any remaining credit.

Totally understand the pressures of moving home and, to help, we've an online form on our website you can use to send us these details. Alternatively, we've Home Moves advisors available on our Live Chat and Social Media channels who will be happy to help. They're online from 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday and between 8am and 6pm Saturdays.
