drewbie1234 said:I just checked my credit file (experian) and the CCJ has already been removed 🤔... I only got the email from the courts a few days ago so I don't understand how that has happened already. I thought you had to contact the agencies and provide them with information to get this done? I'm not complaining obviously just trying to understand what's gone on.
Apparently they poll the official register at frequencies to suit themselves - often two-weekly or monthly. It looks like your commercial agency polled the TrustOnline register very soon after it was updated.2 -
Nowhere does that Order state that only SOME costs should be repaid - it states your legal costs should be repaid, full stop.
Id just send PE the bill, once the 7 days have lapsed (so they cant object to the order any more) you have from your lawyer, and state youre happy for the court to assess if they dont agree.2 -
Hi, currently challenging a PCN from Civil enforcement ltd. on behalf of my daughter, and completed the N244. They responded with a 'Without prejudice save as to costs' letter saying if we paid the original ticket from 2017, £60, then: 'We would consent to setting aside the judgement and discontinue the claim' . Does this mean the CCJ will be removed?
Thanks in advance for any help anyone can provide0 -
@saunds777 this is NOT your thread, so you MUST NOT reply further here. Please start a nbew thread.
Yes, however it means your costs - the £255 to file the N244 - would NOT be covered by CEL. ALso it is still up to as court to agree to the set aside - they do not like credit cleansing, so you would still likely need a hearing
