Tesco credit card queries, need help!

Hi all,

I have a Tesco Clubcard credit card. How do I find out how many Clubcard points I actually have? And how can I go about finding out how I can convert the points to spending in goldsmiths/zizzi/other partners? I have the club card credit card app and it literally gives you 0 information apart from your transaction history.

Any ideas would be great, thanks all!

    Q1.

    1. Check your account online...

    https://secure.tesco.com/account/en-GB/login?from=https://secure.tesco.com/Clubcard/MyAccount/home/Home

    2. Buy something from Tesco, showing your card, and then check your receipt.

    Q2.

Loads of information on the Tesco website...

I can’t create an account because it asks for a my Clubcard number. There’s no option for people with that just use the credit card.

Your club card number is on the card. Look for it, my newest card has it on the back, the one previous to that had it at the bottom on the front side. Tesco post out any points quarterly. How long have you had your card?

    Maybe ring them?

Bought anything from Tesco recently? Kept the receipt?

    But how about...

I've just checked and you can register without a clubcard. If their systems didn't automatically detect you were a credit card holder you'd then need to give them a call (or check online) to merge the two products.

You should get a new statement with vouchers in the next couple of weeks from Tesco as they’ll be sending them out for Christmas.

In the app if you tap on the Rewards section at the bottom of the screen and find the retailer you’re after you can convert any vouchers into deals from there.
It's not your credit score that counts, it's your credit history. Any replies are my own personal opinion and not a representation of my employer.

That is if they haven't !!!!ed it up and allocated all your vouchers somewhere so you can't spend them https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6061019/tesco-clubcard&highlight=

My original Clubcard number was different to the Clubcard number connected to the Tesco credit card. I had to 'phone them and speak to a human, so that the original Clubcard number was connected to the cc.

    Hope this helps :)

I've had my Tesco CC's for a few years. I've never bothered with my points, I thought they just mounted up. I spotted your thread last night so I checked, and I have a total of... 4 points. I can see some of my transactions going back for a few months, but that's it and they aren't added to the 4 points either. I've tried emailing them to ask where the points are but I've received a very useless reply, telling me how I can get points. Not really what I asked. I wish I could help but they don't seem very useful at the moment. I do think they add them at certain times of the year though so yours, like some of mine, may just be 'pending'. Calling to speak to a human may be helpful.

    1. Check your last receipt, the points are at the bottom.

    2. Download the clubcard app.

    3. Phone Tesco clubcard helpline

    Go on the clubcard website.

I don't wish to appear rude, but a quick Google search would have answered your questions and probably taken less time than typing out your question and waiting for relies. Google can be found here https://www.google.co.uk (other search engines are available)
