Car Insurance Chnges

I have just changed our car insurance over to our new car. The changes still say processing. Am I able to now drive the new car? I have had an email to say the changes are processing, and it is still showing as processing in my online account.

Email I received;


"We have received the changes to your car insurance policy and a member of our team is currently processing this for you. As soon as the changes have been completed you will receive a confirmation email.

Once the changes are confirmed, your policy documents will be updated and securely saved in your Account for you to access and print off.

If you require your change to start with immediate effect or if your documents are not updated within 48 hours please contact us by email or call us"
