Can I initiate a chargeback for leaking shed?

Hi,
In July I paid a £570 deposit on my NatWest debit card for a Dutch barn style shed at our local Dobbies. Late August I paid the remainder of the balance, about £1700 on the same debit card and they installed it for us.
A few weeks into ownership, I began to notice water seeping into all corners or the roof and contacted them. They said they would come and wrap felt under the edges of the shingle roof as this as where water was coming into the tongue and groove roof. As we're based on Tyneside, and they are in Rotherham, we had to wait 3 weeks until they were up this way again.
I'm the meantime, I began to notice that water was also seeping in through several areas on the pressure treated, 18mm thick t&g walls. Again I contacted them and they said they'd look at it when they came to sort the roof. When I asked via email why this was happening they said they thought maybe the corners needed siliconing under the corner capping trims.
Last week they arrived and rectified the roof and as it rained heavily last night I've just been to check on it. The roof has stopped leaking but all 4 corners where the walls meet the floor are saturated despite the shed sitting on a concrete pad and having 60mm or so floor bearers beneath the floor. Also the South facing wall is soaking wet on the inside under the window, despite them fully sealing the windows.
I now have no faith that this shed is fit for purpose so wondering if this is grounds for commencing chargeback on my card via NatWest?

For a chargeback you will have to either get them come and take it away, send it back to them or get them to refuse to take it back.
Fit for purpose is not a chargeback right. You would be looking at faulty.

My next step was to ask them to take it away based on the fact they have told me it should not leak. Therefore, it is clearly faulty. What's most annoying is the last shed was a £400 B&Q affair and lasted 13 years before it began leaking and rotted. We specifically spent more on this one on the assumption it would last at least 15 to 20 years.0
