    I would assume that EH somewhere in its T&C’s would give itself the right to record calls so quid quo pro shirley?

    Thanks, Adrian. For some reason I'd assumed Feb '19. That makes it even more puzzling. Had no V5C and no payment taken for tax since the vehicle was purchased. Motorists are expected to be a little proactive so as to ensure their vehicles are completely "legal".
