Storage heater smelling strange & pretty hot

'storage' heaters store heat overnight on cheap rate, then dissipate it during the day. - Yes I was just surprised that it was still very warm, temp in the room is 22°C, ten plus hours later after switching it off.
Electrician has been and taken heater apart, something, I don't know what had dripped down into it. Should be solved now. I wasn't brave enough to start messing around with it though.0 -
I'm not bothered at all by having the bedroom one on, I don't use it during the day but I have a friend staying next week so I wanted to check it was okay before she stays in case she wants it on.0
