HSBC £175 Switch Offer

I have just received a £175 switching bonus in my new HSBC account.
Strange, as I also received £175 fourteen days ago.
I face an ethical dilemma and I will have to complain at the mental stress that they are causing me.
I will probably end up getting compensation.

Happened to me once with a Barclays offer* many years ago when 2 lots of £100 were credited. I wanted to subsequently close the account but try as I might I couldn't get them to take the additional payment back first. In the end I withdrew all but £100 and closed the account in branch, forcing them to refund me £100 in cash over the counter so there was a trail. They never chased me for it, nor was it negatively reported on my credit files.
* From vague memory, the offer was to simply open an account and pay in £1,000 per month for x months.0
