But as you state, you now feel unsafe when out in your car? OP and everyone else you need to download 'just three words' app to your phone as a priority.
Whilst car breakdown is inconvenient, the app would help and it could save yours or someone else life.
The OP didn't break down, they phoned for directions.
No location identification would have helped, because they didn't have a data signal.
I wonder who they'd have blamed if they'd not been able to make a call, either?0
