Does anyone know how to remove a sealed/permanent caveat?

Caveat lodged, warning issued, made an appearance, got sealed.

All parties agree to remove it, but the probate registry want more than just a signed consent form from the parties involved. They want a formal summons to go with it.

What is a formal summons? How do I do this? And no I do not want to consult a solicitor or a lawyer, just please tell me if you know how this works. Thank you.
