    Agreed.

    However, if you don't use it at all, the bank will eventually treat it as a dormant account, and probably won't issue a replacement when it expires. (Or maybe when the replacement expires. That does depend to some extent on the length of time between stopping using it and expiry.)

    Total available credit of £19k is not a high amount. Leave things alone.

    I know that until now you have only had one single card but having only one card is not really a good idea. You should keep both cards.
