Competition Terms & Conditions (Updated: 24th October 2019)

JD Williams & Company Limited [trading as Jacamo] registered office: Griffin House, 40 Lever Street, Manchester, M60 6ES (“Promoter”) is holding a competition on Friday 25th October 2019 (“Competition”).
Entering the Competition constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions ("Terms").
The Competition is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over, except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the Competition.
The Competition is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.
To enter, users must comment on the Competition Facebook post answering the question, and only one entry per person is permitted.
The opening date for entries is 09:30 GMT on Friday 25th October 2019. The closing date of the Competition is 23:59 on Thursday 31st October 2019. Entries received after this time will not be counted.
A winner will be chosen by random draw performed by a computer process on Friday 1st November (”Draw Date”).
Two winners will receive a prize package (including book, shirt and ball signed by James Haskell) each (“the Prize”).
The winner will be contacted by the Promoter by email or telephone within 1 days from the Draw Date to arrange for delivery of the Prize. If the winner does not respond to the Promoter within 2 days of being contacted, then the winner’s Prize will be forfeited and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
The Prize will be sent to the winner within 30 days of confirmation by the winner of their delivery details, as required under paragraph 9 above.
The Prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
The Promoter reserves the right to replace the Prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control make it necessary to do so.
The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the Competition is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
The winner’s first name and county can be obtained by sending an email to Laurence.Hebberd@nbrown.co.uk within 7 of days after the date of the closing date of the Prize Draw.
Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the Prize to anyone in breach of these Terms.
The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the Competition where it becomes necessary to do so. The Promoter may notify any such withdrawal, alteration or suspension of the Competition by posting a notice to that effect on https://www.jacamo.co.uk as soon as reasonably practicable.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
You agree that the Promoter may, but is not required to, make your entry available on its website and any other media, whether now known or invented in the future, and in connection with any publicity of the competition. You agree to grant the Promoter a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable licence, for the full period of any intellectual property rights in the competition entry and any accompanying materials, to use, display, publish, transmit, copy, edit, alter, store, re-format and sub-licence the competition entry [and any accompanying materials] for such purposes.
Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the Prize, except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter or its employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Winners may be required to participate in publicity related to the Competition which may include the publication of their name and photograph in any media.
Personal data supplied during the course of this prize draw or competition will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be found on our website, and may be passed on to third party suppliers only insofar as required for fulfilment/delivery/arrangement of the Prize.
The Competition will be governed by English law and entrants to the Competition submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
