Hi, Not sure this is the right section to put this but I couldn’t see a section regarding my issue,
My issue is with VERY, the online shopping company.
I have or should I say had a £900 credit account with them and I’ve had it 10 months, September 2019 I requested them to close the account, they said it takes around 30 days for this to happen and they will send a email to confirm the accounts been closed,
Today I logged into the very account to see if it’s all been closed, but I can still login and i noticed the £900 credit is still showing, I contacted live chat and they said the credit is closed on the account. But I’ve noticed the £900 credit still showing,
Has anybody had any experience with very in this situation. Because I’m getting the impression there just giving me BS and keeping my account open and just saying it’s closed.
