    *UPDATE*
    CASE WON :D
    - after more than 2 years of going back and forth, they eventually gave up just before our court date.
    Well done Zoe

The incompetent Gladstones CHICKENS out again.

You know, John Davies, the head honcho at Gladstones must be sick to death of his own incompetence

Worth a complaint to the SRA who also must be sick to death of complaints they receive about Gladstones

So our original court date was going to be moved because of the whole covid situation. The court yet again tried to push us towards negotiation outside court I.e by phone... I obviously ignored this. Gladstone would then ring me atleast twice every single day saying they'll reduce 25%, etc. And that I had until end of day to accept (basically trying to pressure me). I told them I'd save them the hassle and accept an offer of 99p (🤡)

I later received a letter stating that Gladstone had not paid the court fees and case was discontinued.

Brilliant, we'll put that down as a WIN then.  Well done!
